I was hired by the World Bank to produce and edit a case study featuring the impact of the Youth Innovation Fund, an annual grant awarded to select young World Bank employees.

The client wanted the video to have a three-fold purpose: a) convince senior leaders to financially support the innovation fund; b) drive internal employees to utilize the fund; c) demonstrate opportunities for impact to prospective millienial job applicants.

The World Bank Youth Innovation Fund awards select employees seed funding for innovation projects that have the potential for scalable impact. The steering committee wanted to illustrate the impact of the fund by featuring a success story. There were multiple stakeholders this video had to speak to: young employees at the Bank, senior executives who could donate funds to the initiative, and field offices who would accept these projects in-country.

This video was conceptualized, storyboarded, produced, filmed, and edited in less than 8 weeks.
