Instructional Designer and Facilitator for Mission-Driven Initiatives

Kaveh trains the world’s most ambitious problem solvers. These days, he’s creating and facilitating programs for high-impact organizations, including the Obama Foundation, Amnesty International, and the University of Pennsylvania. Through this work, Kaveh has trained over 2,000 impact leaders and the online programs he’s helped design have reached over 70,000 learners to date.

Previously, Kaveh was a Change Manager at Ashoka’s Youth Venture, a leading pioneer in social innovation and empathy education in K-12 schools across the globe. There, he helped build a national social innovation incubator program for high school students. Before working in social impact, Kaveh was a Creative Director in the pharmaceutical industry and a Strategy Consultant at IBM.

Kaveh has a BBA in Marketing & Global Public Health from the College of William & Mary. His favorite word is “why”.
